Pedaling out on Ranch House Trail
This group crossed the tall grass just as the light rain began today, the yearling buck trotting to catch up. 
The pines lounge
It was mostly quiet, but there were a few characters out, moseying and drifting through time at the pines lounge.
Winged activity on happening pine branch
This pine branch was hopping with a Blue Jay and immature House Finches landing and taking off, as I perched below watching all the activity. 
The Long Trail
A man stopped his red Ford pickup beside me as I was pumping air in the tires. I had my head down trying to get the bike setup quickly so I would had a good two or so hours on the long canal trail at Loxahatchee National Wildlife Refuge, before I pedaled back with the orange sun fading beyond the everglades. “Pardon. How far does that trail go?” he asked.
Yamato Osprey Update: It’s a full nest!
The adult pair and one fledgling Osprey were all in the nest.
